Mambukal Resort or others called resort township is one of the greatest and wonderful resort in Bacolod City. As a township, it is directly governed by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, which also manages Mambukal Mountain Resort in the 6-hectare townsite near Brgy. Minoyan. The resort is owned and managed by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental under its Economic Enterprise Development Department.

Hot springs were the first attractions to draw visitors since the completion of the Ishiwata Bath House in 1927. It enjoys warm temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius in the pools, drawn from almost boiling sulfuric water within the facility. The area's seven waterfalls are situated on a well-tracked trail that attracts up to 320,000 visitors yearly, mostly from Negros and neighboring Panay, along with the resident Korean population of Bacolod sojourning every weekend and foreign tourists.
I still remember the times when I and my family go on a vacation and went to Mambukal Resort. It was a tiring vacation but yet I enjoyed it so much, the first thing we went to was the Hot Spring. It was relaxing and take me away from a stressful work.
After this, while we are walking we take off our slippers so that we can feel the heat underground because Mambukal is not only a resort but it has a volcano above it
also, it has 7 waterfalls and it challenges us to climb this high waterfall up to the 7th falls but we fail.
All and all we got home happy and experience that we can keep it forever. ♥
